Customers wanting to apply for any of the access facilities for the 2025 festival must firstly secure their ticket in one of the Autumn ticket sales.
Once your ticket deposit has been paid you must contact the Access Team by emailing accessibility@glastonburyfestivals.co.uk to request the link for the online Access Application Form – This will then be emailed to you as soon as it becomes available at the end of the year.
All festival goers (including children 12 years and under) needing to use any of the access facilities must complete the Festivals online Access Application Form.
Along with completing the application, all festival goers must have a valid CredAbility Access Card or CredAbility Glastonbury Access Pass
