All public ticket sales are managed by the Festival’s nominated ticket agency – Seetickets. The Festival Office does not have access to information about individual bookings or transactions.
If you have an enquiry specific to your ticket purchase, please contact See Tickets, via their Customer Services page or if you do not yet have a ticket booking, you can contact them using their Glastonbury Contact Form on the registration look up page.
Applications to purchase hospitality tickets for the 2024 Festival will open in the early spring. For information about music industry and associated media hospitality tickets and how to apply, please contact the hospitality team using our contact form.
